Please Guide me....What to do after MBA(hr)?

Can any one guide me that what courses or professional studies should i opt for after completion of MBA in Human Resource?...presently i am working as Hr Executive in IT software Company. and i want to study further help me to build a more strong carrier as a Hr Professional....

Please let me know some courses which i can do as apart time studies because i am working presently?

It will be better if you try to do SAP course.
Also LLB is too much helpful for a person in Hr Field

Hi Nidhi

If you are interested in Training , can opt for a PG Diploma in T & D from a reputed institution like ISTD(Indian society of Training & Development) delhi.

Hi,
can understand your urge to grow. Its my personal view that you can learn many things when you are in on-the-job. Why not look for consultancy that is providing services in core HR-like CEO in chennai? or i dont know your current profile but if you are in an organization that gives you exposure in core HR areas then that is the fantastic opprtunity for you to develop as thorough HR Professional.

Can you please guide me with ISTD(Indian society of Training & Development) delhi. as i am working as a Hr Executive....and have at least 6 months experience in Training and i have done my MBA project also in training...it would proof to be gr8 help for me...? Do they provide Part time education also as i working presently?

I think Sap i good option...presently i am looking for something good....Sap is really gonna up-load me wid loads of work and presently i am not willing to take that much pressure on me.......

Any other option please let me know....

Well i am working in a It software Company......and having exp as 1.6 yrs, Presently i am into recruitment, motivation, Induction, etc......in My previous company i was into Training and Induction.......Presentation...Motivational Session.....recruitment,......etc.....

Now please suggest what do next as i will hopefully to keep my fingers crossed will shift to U.K permanently, which course to help me to boost my knowledge and make a position in a country like...U.K

Please suggest...
