Manpower sourcing charges
Dear all please consider this: i am running a man power sourcing firm by which i have agreement through online emailid which proves that a particular company is assigned us on their man power requirements at the rate of 8.33 of total annual ctc which they will pay us on completion of 90 days from the date of joining. now are all our candidates which we have placed have completed their 90 days and even more company is not seeming to pay our charges for which we have send them an invoice. please let us know what is the procedure to get our payments. thanks and regards tanmay srivastava
