wanted to know something about third party employment is good or not i have jot down some point as per my personal experience and viewers also wanted to know our professional group views.
i have heard that third party employment is not good cause some reason as below.
1. your Job will be on stake always as its contractual Job.
2. your experience will not count as regular employee cause you are working on client site(this will count in third party employment)
3. cause you are on contractual employee so whenever you will change you have to little bit suffer to get regular post.
4. your salary and leave will be process by third party so you need to do lots of follow up
please post your views on this. if i am direct role employee although its temp position should i join or not ???

By your post I can assume that you are a HR professional. If you are on initial stage of your Career I suggest you can take the best Possible third party employment. And if as HR personal you perform you may get the permanent employment very fast with organization where you work. Because HRs are always close to the management or Higher authorities. The only point is your approach towards them should be professional enough with personal touch in your work.
Now about your queries for "How teamlease as third party payroll". I think Teamlease is one of the well-known HR outsourcing firm operating across India.
My best wishes for your rewarding career.

Dear Mr. Pawan,
I would like to tell you my experience. I had worked with one international HR outsourcing firm & that company was having clientele of India's top Employer. So if you want to work with top brands you have to go with them off rolls first. They by demonstrating you capabilities you may get on to on rolls.
Now about your question what to answer when you new employer asks "why you have changed................?"
Answers 1) For better opportunity OR 2) Good Brand name OR 3) Good HR policies OR 4) Considerable Good Hike OR. any other suitable reasons.
At the end I would suggest if the opportunity is with Good Brand & Good hike take it, because after few years your Experience & Salary will matters. Rolls (on OR off) & qualification will not matter that much.
Finally, it's you, the best judge, for what is better & what is best for your career. We are here just to suggest you through our experience.
Best Luck

WIth respect to your post herewith i may pen some pros about third party pay roll
First let me take myself as a instance. My domain is procurement but my 1st company is MEP company where i deal with mechanical items like pipe & pipe fittings,. Then after 2 years i get into TATA Motors through 3rf party pay roll
1. You can get into branded companies like TATA , Hyundai r any other renowned companies at first through third party pay roll only. The exceptional cases are IIT students sinnce renowned companies goes to IIT only .
2. You can get good exposure since there will be lot of IIT guys & senoir guys . But your rapover is must with them.
3. My best advice is in the initial stage itself we have to get into payroll and with that experience we have switch to good company .
