hey ppl...
i'm doing my thesis in HRM pertaining 2 HRO, HRP & HRIS. i want to find out how d department works in an organization..n if it is...how efficiently it is working...i've jotted down some of the points that i want to include in the questionnaire that i've to prepare..plz give comments if this is enough..or shd i include other details in it or not..also...if some1 can throw some light on how to put up these things in a questionnaire....
