500 different type of pre-written letter format

Thanks for the formats... but they cannot be opened (Think they are corrupt as I m getting the error for same)can u mail them on

Thank you very much for your reply. Since I have joined now, I am not sure whether ex-incharge has received the notice for the period 93-94 & 94-95 or not, but when verified with the ESI office they are showing the inspector report and a copy of letter posted to us during 1997. My question is that, is it not the duty of the assessing officer to verify the file and issue the demand along with demand raised for the period from 95-96 to 99-2000. If we accept to pay the amount mentioned in newspaper then the corporation will ask us to pay interest and damages with separate notice. How to handle this case? Your valuable suggestion will be highly appreciated.
