Hai Members, I want to know about the benefits under ESI in case of an accident, If an employee gets injured outside the premises of the Company, not in the course of employment. Is he entitled to take temporarily disabled benefit from ESI? The employer is not giving accident insurance or workmen scheme. How can an employee take benefit? What is the prescribed limit for the benefit and how the medical board analysis the benefit under ESI for the disabled person? Please help me with this issue.
