Hi Awadhesh Sir,
I already have started looking outside opportunities but skipping this situation is not a sustainable solution. bcause if I quit they will get a wrong message that in such way you can kill the right of an employee.

Hi,
If your immediate boss is telling you that there is no eagerness than try to have detail discussion in person.
Ask him in meeting why he thinks that you are not eligible for appraisal. And after meeting send him minutes of meeting over email marking cc to his boss also and ask for confirmation over email.
I would also suggest you prepare you work report. Work Assign vs Work done. Also mention your achievements. And send that report to your senior and mark cc to his senior.
Make sure you have to keep in loop final decision authority. As there might be possibility that if your senior is not final decision maker that he might be taking credit for work done by you.
Regards,
