Currently i have lots of offer from prominent IT companies...i am senior software developer having 8 years experience....
Now a days..i am keep getting offers .from all prominent companies like infy, wipro, tcs ..so on.......so only one offer.... i can take from those many offers....
My concern is ...if suppose, if i reject the offer... is there any chance that the same employer will reject my job...at the time when they recruit me again in future....?

Yes, a no-show or an offer reject is recorded as un-hireable . But then, if you apply to a different subsidiary or a differ line of business, chances of negative record remains low.
Suppose you reject an offer by PWCIndia and years later join PWC US . You stand an high chance to be hired. Or even , if you reject an offer by IBM BPO and later accept another by IBM IT , you will be hired.
However, please make sure you reject it for and stating the right reason.
The reason is integral . Build relationship and honour the fact that they invested so much time and resources to interview you.
Interview is an opportunity to network . Help your potential future sponsors to value you for your talent .
Wish you all the best !
