Offer letter confusing terms.
Hello everyone i have just received my offer letter and i am confused with two of the keywords. the role says "trainee qa" but when it speaks of my annual pay the word used is "stipend". i believe stipend relates to an intern. can i be 100 sure that its for a trainee position and not an intern/contractual? also is a trainee an employee?
Need to impress as an intern

Pf deduction for trainee or stipened
Dear seniors we are an engg firm india pvt ltd having 1000 employees. we are planning to hiring two three engineer who has completed hi b.tech 89 yrs back. so we are trying to hire on trainee/ intern / stipend. so my doubt is whether we need to deduct pf as they are trainees and under probation ? or we can start pf dedn on completion of one year training and probationary period. please clarify regards
Overlapping of internship and first corporate job - should i give them the intern certificate which has an overlapping end date?
Hi hope you are doing well. i did an internship with let s say company a from jan to 30 jun. as i received an offer from another company for fte which they told me that they have an urgent requirement from 29th june i said yes. i didn t tell them that i was doing an intern until the 30th of june. now they are asking me for an intern experience certificate. should i give them the intern certificate which has an end date of 30th june? will it create any problem?

Hi all i have query regarding the pf deduction for 6month intern. i have joined an organisation as a intern through the training and placement cell of my college during my period of degree in the college. after 1st month it found in the payslip that pf is deducted. even being an intern through college placement. will it be of any issue for future employment? or is there any process that i can complain to epfo to remove the pf account i am worried on this. any advices/suggestions from the community will be greatly appreciated. when asked hr about this it was been told that it is not gonna be a issue.
Internship / freshers employement
Dear seniors please suggest we have appointed a boy in our sales dept as sales assistant.for three months we will pay him in cash and will check his applicability for the position. after that we are planning to take him on co. role for sure. we gave him offer letter mentioning his salary details but now he is asking for the appointment letter. since for three months we will pay him in cash what appointment letter i can provide him as a trainee or intern. please suggest after three for sure he will be on co. role but for his satisfaction what we can provide him so that we also should not come in problem and he also should be satisfied that we are not cheating him. please suggest... thanks ravita
