First of all i would like to tell that my case is very complex. Please help me out

Detail: In September , i joined very reputated firm and before that i was working in very good firm.I have my all original documents but due to some misguidance i forged and submitted.I came to know from my colleagues that my current company do third party verification and i immediately went to HR and told him complete story and by time bgc came out negative also.Again i gave my original documents and they re initiated my background verification which came out to be positive. Due to integrity issue they took my resignation and i left company in february. Now i m selected in very good firm and said them i wasnt working for last six months because i was doing some exam preparation and this time i have given all original docs till September.

queries :

1) Now in firm where i selected will able to find what i did in previous company though i have submitted all correct information.?

2) Is there any possibility that through pf account they came to know about that.

Dear Colleague,

No one in this forum knows the reality of your case. You may or may not be interested to share the details for whatever the reasons. From the sketchy details you gave it is difficult to infer your actual background and to offer any actionable suggestions. As a consultant in Background verification since 8 years operating across various locations, , all that I wish to suggest is this. If you are young and are willing to correct now, come clean with all your documents. I think you are ill advised and took it without understanding the repercussion. Integrity issue is the one thing that causes the damage most in the career. Do the introspection with career counselor. The damage is already done. Now repair is to be carried out in your career quickly. . If you have received the offer meet the concerned person and come out with all facts before they find out themselves. This is right opportunity for your.

Do the Review of your profile and state the facts are they are. If you are good performer in the previous companies state the achievements in your resume. Develop good network with good HR people. Eventually you will definitely come out of this. All the best.

Dear All,
I have a one doubt in PF contribution. PF contribution is 12% of Employee and Employer each it is norm. But Recently most of company change their HR policy about the PF Matter. That is the employer contribution will not pay the company. If They thing to contribute their sharing amount they will be deduct their employee salary also. Is it write rule? is it allowed in the PF rules? If it is wrong way what is the solution? How to make awareness the employee?
Plz tell me anybody my question. It is social awareness.......

All Statutory deductions like PF, Gratuity falls under the banner called " CTC". All employers deduct their contribution from the employee except for some manufacturing companies. Company's ESI contribution is not taken from the employee since it is for a limited period till your gross reaches the limit.

Deqr Anonymous colleage,
If you want solutions/correct advice from the members to your problem, you have to come out with a detailed and
correct picture of the incidents. My dear friend, forging documents, giving false and bogus/fake information & documents
will not help you in any way throughout your career. For every achievement, a sacrifice is also hidden.
I am not aware about your age. If you are a youth, these can be treated as a result of your "mischief" arising out of
your age/vigour/aggressiveness, related actions.
If you want to climb up the ladder of your career, make yourselves as "Clean" without any manipulations.
Mistakes committed, need to be accepted by you. also learn a lesson from the mistakes occured.
Avoid shortcuts.
With best wishes

Dear Mr Nair .
You are absolutely right. This is the piece of advise to all those anonoymous colleagues and for the misguided youth and career aspirants with the short cut. They even do not follow any courtesies, etiquette in common forum like this when they seek help and advise from the fellow professionals.

hello everyone,
Thanks for sharing your experience. It is important as well to check background verification of employee before or after posted in the job. Background checks are often requested by employers on job candidates for employment screening, especially on candidates seeking a position that requires high security or a position of trust, such as in a school, courthouse, hospital, financial institution, airport, and government. These checks are traditionally administered by a government agency for a nominal fee, but can also be administered by private companies. Background checks can be expensive depending on the information requested. Results of a background check typically include past employment verification, credit history, and criminal history. The objective of background checks is to ensure the safety and security of the employees in the organisation. Peoples backgrounds can be something they are born into or born with for example being born into a religion or being born with a disability. They can also be developed over the course of someone's life that will affect them in the future.
These checks are often used by employers as a means of judging a job candidate's past mistakes, character, and fitness, and to identify potential hiring risks for safety and security reasons. Background checks are also used to thoroughly investigate potential government employees in order to be given a security clearance. However, these checks may sometimes be used for illegal purposes, such as unlawful discrimination (or employment discrimination), identity theft, and violation of privacy.
Checks are frequently conducted to confirm information found on an employment application or resume/curriculum vitae. One study showed that half of all reference checks done on prospective employees differed between what the job applicant provided and what the source reported. They may also be conducted as a way to further differentiate potential employees and pick the one the employer feels is best suited for the position. Employers have an obligation to make sure their work environment is safe for all employees and helps prevent other employment problems in the workplace.
