Incorrect relieving date on relieving letter
Hello all i m working in it industry in india. on 1st july 2010 i joined new organization. my last working date with past employer is 28th june 2010 all formalities with my past employer was completed except final settlement and relieving letter. a week later on 8th july 2010 i received the relieving letter and cheque for final settelement. my last salary receipt june 2010 correctly mentioned no. of working days as 28 28th june being my last working day whereas the relieving letter has incorrect relieving date as 26th june 2010. the same was brought to the notice of hr from my last employer. there is no reply after few reminders. hr from my new organization accepted the same relieving letter. if i keep the same relieving letter without change will it cause any issues in future? experts please comment/ advise.
Date of resignation or date of relieving , which will be considered.
Dear sirs i have submitted my resignation letter on 22.03.2018 wherein i have mentioned my date of last working day will be on 31.03.2018. but till now as on 13.04.2018 the company has not issued me the relieving letter. as the company has not paid the march 2018 salary i am still working in the same company. my doubt is that whether the date of resignation is 31.03.2018 or my last working day in the company. i would be grateful to you if i get clarifications. regards rasad
Ex- employer is not releasing my relieving letter and experience letter
Recently i resigned from my previous employer. this is one of the worst company they lacks professionalism and corporate culture. their staffs are also dumb. so i decided to resigned from this company and got another opportunity in next company. now as i said they dont have as such processes i asked them to relieve in 3 days however they have 1 months of notice period. they drop a mail regarding of resignation and my last working day which was 31st aug2016 with. management was ready to relieve me in 3 days. i asked my employer to release my relieving and experience letter on my last day of working as it was mandatory documents for joining other company. here comes the twist till last date of working no one raised any concerns regarding my reliving letter or notice period. now they are refusing to release my reliving letter and experienced saying as you didnt served the notice period of 1 month we cant release the relieving letter and experience letter on such a short notice. however they have already accepted my resignation by mail stating that: we are accepting your resignation. you are relieved on 31aug2016 your relieving letter will be issued by 25th september 2016. now my new joining date was 01sep2016 and now its on hold as my new employer is asking my relieving letter. please help me to handle current scenario. should i ask my exemployer to release my relieving letter by a legal notice? note: in my previous employment contract there was clause to serve notice period of one month except this nothing was mentioned anywhere.
Relieving date - can anyone be relieved of duties on a non-working day upon resignation?
I have a relieving letter from a person who as per the relieving letter is relieved on saturday which is a holiday or off day in that company. can anyone be relieved of duties on a nonworking day upon resignation? in other words can a nonworking day be his or her last working day in that company?

I got relieving in mail.thur mail i joined another company now my ex employer asking for relieving letter and experience letter will give you after do pending work. in relieving mail his mention only one line relieving form your rolls at this date. 1. can they deny me relieving and experience letter? 2. relieving in mail it is valid.
No experience & relieving letter
Hi i am working in my organization for more than 5.5yrs. after my resignation when i asked them to provide me my experience letter they refused to provide by saying they don t provide any kind of document on relieving. i am ready to pay even my 30days notice by giving my 30days salary but they still not ready to provide. i have my epf my gratuity my 18days salary with them. but to join my new organization i must have my experience certificate & relieving letter. what to do now? how can i convenience my new employer that i worked in my past company from such to such date. plz help as my joining date is about to come. i have my last cheque copy and my resination letter copy. what else i can submit to ensure my presence in the last company. can i ask my current manager to provide me my experience certificate.
