Hello everyone i am working as an hr in a company i always used to get many information from this site now i wanted to know about esi and pf more as per delhi rule # if a employee getting salary of 7500 peon esi is mandatory but is pf also mandatory # if labour wages is more than 15000 so esi is not applicable from both side
Is it necessary to change the address of pf & esi department because company have another office?
Dear sir i have one query and i want to grow up my knowledge so that please help me regarding my query that if any company have our corporate office delhi and its address register in pf & esi department new company shift from delhi to up its shifted to u.p can you help me regarding pf & esi now can you tell me that is it necessary to change the address of pf & esi department because company have their another office also in delhi or as per change the stat as delhi to up company should be issue new pf & esi code as per change the stat.
Esi / pf applicability
Ours is a company engaged in taking interior contract s. we are reqistered under esi & pfacts in delhi. we engage contractors for say carpentry plumbing electrical etc. work and they are generally unregistered. i want to know firstly what is our liability with regards to esi / pf deposit on labour charges paid to these contractors. secondly if we are liable to deposit esi / pf on labour charges paid what is the percentage and where have we to deposit that since we are registered only in delhi.
Pf inspection
Hello all i am associated with hr of one of the company having its registered office in delhi but 40 people in noida and 21 in mumbai and 20 in two three different towns like goa cochin etc. we are depositing pf for all the employees in delhi last week some inspector visited our office for inspection. can he perform inspection from up pf office for a company who is centrally processing all its deposits and reports in delhi pf office if so should it not be with the prior permission of delhi pf office. i have told him that whatever he inspects he should send his report to delhi office and on hearing from them we will adhere to what is found to be done. can somw body tell me is it in their powers to inspect for company like us in noidawho is registered in delhi. regards ruby 9818995055
Reg esi and pf
Dear all i need your help immediately. since esi s limit has been increased from rs. 7500 to rs. 10000 thus because of this 4 employees of ours have now to be convered into esi thus it means that we have to get ourselves registered into esi. please anybody of yours in delhi & ncr region can give me your direct contact number or your esi/pf consultants. i need an advise immediately. our consultant is charging rs 1000 for pf and rs. 1500 he says now for esi. total he will now charge is rs. 2500. pls let me know whether is this amount fine or exceeds. if he is charging in access then would request you to please let me know. we have 25 employees working at our corporate office i.e. in vaishali ghaziabad. please help me out. thanks & regards rekha
If min wages will apply state-wise to the employees working in other states?
Dear sir/madam a company is having regd office in delhi and having branches in other states like upmaharashtrarajasthan etc. comp is regd under pf and esi. minimum wages as prevailing in delhi are applicable to the employees working in delhi. now pl clarify if min wages will apply statewise to the employees working in other states or min wages of delhi will apply to all employees as we are delhi based company irrespective of the work place of employees. if subcodes are allowed in pf statewise as in case of esi ? thanking you
