Hi,
I am regular follower and fan of cite HR.Recently I was going through some profiles on cite HR...I want to know what criteria do we follow to give someone Moderator,Contributor and Board moderator designations..Can anybody elaborate it???

Dear Lavika,
The designations are more of responsibilities trusted to members who contribute continuously and make a difference to the community, with their knowledge and effort, over a period of years. Most of our moderators have been posting heavily and mentoring others since years.
They have a deep understanding on the subject. Hence, connect the situations with the solution. Most of them have remain anonymous , even after years of contributing . You can view the profiles as shared in this link List of Moderators

Hi Ma'am,
Thanks alot for your reply..But I have noticed that persons with two posts were also displayed as contributor and posts were like jokes some ppts and a normal stuff.
Ignore if I am wrong somewhere.But it just struck in my mind and I put this query :)
