Respected Sir/Mam,
I had worked in a company as HR Executive on third party pay roll for April 2012- March 2013. Offer Letter was issued by consultant. Now I filled a form for a govt organisation and have cleared my written exam and have my interview nxt week. While filling the form I mentioned my tenure of working the name of the company I was working in not the consultant. As i have to take with me the documents also for experience proof what i can take with me.
How can i show i was working in the company.
Regards
Preeti

working in a company will directly or indirectly through contract source.
In my view both are same. The proof of work experience is only they will see. So you need not worry.
Regarding documents, you can take from the company where you worked by mentioning that you worked as HR executive in the company. That is enough for the new employer.

Its your duty to state your previous employement status as Direct or Contract, (Permanent,Temporary, Consolidated).
As your not the direct employee, carry the offer letter, of consultant. Meanwhile obtain experience letter from consultant that you were working onsite of client . carry those proofs
