Yep, I agree with you all. I think this is one of the best HR websites. They provide many HR tools and presentation slides -- and all free to download.

I think we need to conduct HR Audit on a regular basis (at least every two years). HR Audit can give us meaningful inputs about HR strengths and areas for development. It can also guide us on designing HR improvement programs.

To become good strategic partner, HR people have to create significant value added to the organization...and HR Audit, I believe, is one of key initiatives that need to be undertaken to ensure that HR people can bring good value to business.
