Hello seniors i have joined a co. recently. it is a auto mobile co. i am here as a hr exe. and i have 6 months of exeprience in a consultancy firm. here there is no one to guide me because the person who was handling hr has left before me and moreover people don t know here about hr.as i am fresher dy. manager has given me the responsibility of recruitment incentives attendance and leave only. but employees here are not so coperative and data has not maintained properly. so i want suggestions from you please guide me from where i start and how. plz guide me. thanks regards jasmeet

Hi i have been coming across this situation very often: we have 2 types of leaves medical and earned/casual leaves. in case of emergency we approve casual leaves without asking for much reasons and generally if one has to take a leave he should apply for it at least one day in advance. the problem is that if some casuality happens in anybody s family like death/ accident/ sudden illness of family members we trust people and approve their leaves. but people are behaving very smartly. they lie as they know that no one is going to crosscheck who is dead or ill . and in good faith we will approve their leaves. we dont know whether the person is going to give interviews or for any other work. if we ll implement strict rule then the people who are responsible and honest will also suffer and if we dont some people will always take the benefit of doubt. what should be the rationale?? plz guide gunjan

Can an employee work for other organisation on non- profit basis?
Dear seniors i would like to know that whether an employee can do something else for more earning after working hours of in week ends. for example: if some college want some industry people to guide their student then will it be legal for that industry people to work after working hours or in weekend. because college will tell his student that mr. x from abc ltd company will guide. do company have an authority to fire that guy.
