Dear All,
Greeting of the day,
I have one doubt please help me out, one of my office staff today diagnosed kidney problem and need treatment.
He is registered in ESI since 2011 but he did not captured yet for ESI Biomatric card.
Kindly suggest can he avail the treatment, ESI benefit on ESI TIC (Temprary I Card).

There is no requirement of Pehchan card. It would be suffice, if his contributions are being paid to avail the ESIC beneftis. regards

Dear ,
For Punchan Card Not Important, You Should Follow Two Step
1-Get Temporary ESI id Card For Employer
2.Get Letter from Employer Mention IP Esi No ,
Then You can Continue The Treatment

follow the above steps and the following steps
the IP should register with the local dispensary for which he should be given MEDICAL ACCEPTANCE card
along with FORM 13. Then he should go in for Speciality treatment with any PVT Hospital attached with ESI
for Kidney treatment.

Sir(s),
The employer or his HR officials dealing with ESI work should help Insured Person get his Permanent Identity Cards including for his Family. There is no harm even if the cards are obtained at this stage. Every Insured Person and his family should have their Identity Cards of ESIC so that in the event of any emergency also they may avail ESI benefits even without any assistance from their employer/his officers.
