It would have been logical for us to help you in suggesting closing lines provided you had mentioned opening lines.
We do not know in what context you want this transfer letter. Who is transferred, why is he/she transferred, is it on disciplinary grounds or for administrative grounds, has new branches been opened and you want old hands to man these new branches and so on.
I recommend you write the letter on your own and some senior like me will correct it.
