How can you run a training course on Industrial Safety at YOUR organisation if you just stand in front of the room and read someone else's powerpoint which may have been created for a totally different organisation with different safety requirements??
Training is not about just reading out words on a powerpoint. You need to research the safety requirements of your organisation, and then put together the appropriate training necessary to cover those requirements. We are talking about your employees health and safety and protecting them from serious injury and even death.
This is one area of training that must be taken seriously.
I sincerely hope you will rethink this course of action and do the job properly.
