Two of our (Contract Labour basis)employees have resigned on Nov. 26,2013 and the final settlement was made on Dec. 04,2013. Now the Contractor Company has charged Rs. 36/- towards MLWF in addition to full and final Settlement. Is this to be paid? Kindly revert.
