Recently i had joined a top IT MNC Wipro Technologies.. Soon i joined there i got another attractive offer from another MNC IBM. The offer, designation and brand name is better compared to the one i joined. Its only one and half month since i joined here. Its probation period. I need to serve 1 month notice in probation period. Should i resign and go for IBM? It will be better for my career in long term.
Also i had taken IBM interview before i joined wipro, so i didn't mentioned wipro name in any of its application form. I am confused so i need answers. Please advice me for below points:
1) Do i need to tell IBM about it?
2) Should i resign from wipro, follow 1 month notice and join IBM without telling them.
What is best for me??

First of all analyze whether IBM will wait for 1 month. If the joining of IBM is after 1 month then it is better to inform them that you joined Wipro after applying for IBM, it is always advisable to speak the truth. Before resigning please check the termination clause to avoid any hassles in future.
