Hello Mr Ramesh Bhardwaj,
This is a concise, well made presentation.
When a new incumbent joins an orgnaization, a two way communication begins.
As much as the Employer has expectations, the Employee also has his own.
One should be prudent to identify this as a HR Manager.
Expectations are good.
But from either side it has to be realized that required TIME has to be given.
The mismatch that comes in the form of undue expectation, expecting results too fast,
cultural disparities etc,are some of the reasons why people leave
(unless they have no-where-else to go).
