I faced the interview with MNC company on 20th Nov.
I have got the Offer on 2nd Dec. After that HR told me \"Don\'t put your resignation until & unless medical check up\". Then after about 4-5 days they contacted me for medical. I done my medical check up on 16 Dec. On 24th Dec. HR again contacted me for Medical check up status. I told them that I have completed it on so & so date. After that there is no communication.
Shall I take follow up with them or wait for some time? I am bit confused.

you can wait for a week becuase they have to get the report from the medical center. Its a huge process but i am not sure why are taking such along time. Anywways dont put in your papers untill they confirm you.

By whom pre-employment medical check-up organised ? If it was organised by the Company through their empaneled hospitals then they will obtain the reports from the Hospital directly & you can wait till their intimation that you are fit for employment.
If, you got it done by your own.. then you have send your fitment report to them and they will get cross checked from their internal Doctor/ Consultants.
