Hi My name is Amar Pratap Singh, i am working with a Real Estate Firm in Gurgaon, it is Homeseek Realtor's they have their office at 1st Floor in MGF Mega City Mall,Gurgaon.They have hired me in their sales team from 19th August 2013.they hve given my salary of 11 Days of August month's in September.my work is going on but on 26th September the HR come to me and said Boss has ask you not to come office and you can give your resignation and after 7 to 10 days you can contact for salary.i was completely surprised and ask her i have to meet Boss.But she said he is busy and will meet you tomorrow or day after.

after that incident till today i have not get my salary of 26th working days with this company.

When i met to marketing head he let me discuss.after 5-6 days he told me i spoke to boss and they will release your salary in 1 week.after 1 week again he takes time and said i'll get salary on 17th November and its his commitment. when i came on 17th November he said company will not release your salary because of no sales performance.

now what.

can you please help me in this.

Again approach them adequately, if it does not work call them again & again.
Visit there office whenever you are free & you feel the peak time for customer arrival so that more and more people came to know about this and create a disturbance by high pitch voice if required, it may compel them for settlement.
Lastly only the labour court.

Talk to your ex-boss and settle the issue amicably.
I differ from Prashant's suggestion - When you raise your voice in front of customers, you risk of getting sued for causing disturbance.
Labour court is an option but it is not a great move considering the amount is only Rs. 15000/- (Rs. 15000/- is not a small money. I am no way disrespecting your work, effort, time or the money).
Keep following up with them regularly for 2 or 3 months. If you still don't get it, forget and write it off. It is easy to say for me, without understanding how important is this money for you. Still, if you keep spending your time and energy over this, you would be losing so many other opportunities
