I am new to this community and need some information related to withdrwal of PF . Actally I have booked an under construction flat and for that I have sent Filled in Form 31 Along with Declaration to my employer . But they have returned the docs with below given Remarks
1)Survey No (certificate) and Kahtta No. is required
2)Non -Encumbrances certificate required
When I approached builder for this information they Told me that
1)This land was allotted by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority , So Survey No. and Khata No. is not there .
2)They Have not taken any loan for building the apartment so Non encumbrances Certificate is not there .
Seniors please help me in this regard

Please submit the reply given by your builder and attach the Land allotment letter issued by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. This will serve both purpose.
