How can i set the percentage for increment slabs for managers and executive levels?
Hello everyone i hope everyone is doing well kindly guide me regarding the increment slabs. i have recently joined an it company. we are planning to set increments slabs for all positions to bring equality at all levels. current practice is everyone gets yearly increment based on their performance and incremental salary is decided by the top management. we don t have fixed percentage for increment slabs yet. kindly guide me how can i set the percentage for increment slabs for managers and executive levels.

Hi i need to identify critical positions and resources in my organisation. can any one help me out please as to how do i go about identifying them? what are the possible questions i could ask my functional heads to identify these positions and resources. also one important thing why and for what do we need to identify critical resources and positions? sorry for this extremely silly question but this is the first time i am doing this and i really dont know where to start from. please help regards pallavi.
