I am eager to know how to increase my Knowledge base in HR
Administration activies
briefing my Status as of now:
Graduation BE/ECE
Post Graduation: MBA/HR
Working Organisation sector: Banking
Experience: Basic banking Operations 4 years
Why the above mentioned Question raised ?
My thirst is still with the HR functioning, i want to improve/update
my knowledge level in HR activities and wishes to enter into HR
administration
for all these i would like get the opinion and guidence of my seniors
over here in cite hr, who are experts in handling the problem i am
facing now
