Hi Shashi:
I think the answer to this lies within you than people giving you a quick fix solution to it. I believe one's choice of specialisation is always has a background.
I suggest you introspect on your reasons and you shall find a suitable answer to this question.

Hi ,
I can help you little bit here. In times of interview if people ask why HR after maths then , you tell them that you like maths and so you did that course and then you did HR inorder to get good job and even you specify them that you are totally dedicated to HR now and Learn all the Core HR subjects because after your answer they may ask you the impotant aspects of HR and at that time you should be able to answer their questions.

Hi Shashi,
I beleive it may be a goood combination by having maths skills with HR. I say that this skill may works in the field of HRM, the people who have done graduation in Maths may able to think analytically. Can bring different solutions in a good possible way as they just kept doing these kind of things where they play with the numbers.
And HR is all bout to reduce the gaps and creates the bridges between employer and employees.
So being an HR person you have to be very calculated while dealing with people.
Hopw it works
