hello all...
i browsed through the website n found it really helpful..n joined d group..
am doing engineering in which i've taken thesis topic in HRM pertaining to planning, organising & information system in large construction companies.
i would like to get some assistance related 2 questionnaire preparation for doing my case studies. how 2 start wid it, wat details should be included in it, whether it should be a subjective or an objective one??..
any website that i can refer to...?

From the above it appears that you are going for a survey. Then you have rightly approached for views. I suppose, views will be posted.

However, if you want to standardise any questionnaire for specific purposes please let me know.

Start with a subjective questionnaire and adminster it to a few hr professionals in construction biz. The answers to that will help u to prepare your objective questt. which can be later analysed for ur case...also try to do some background search on your topics to prep. the subjective questt.
thank you Dr.Jogeshwar sir & pranati for showing interest in my querry. i've been going through the type of questionnaire that my seniors who have done their thesis in HR. But no one has taken up HRO, HRIS & HRP. am also going through a book by MR udai pareek namely- "tarining instruments in HRD & OD" to get an idea of the preparation pattern. will definitely mail u what i've done so that i can have a broader response.
