Hi, For you, as your core interest is IT and even the field you are working with is IT, the specialization which can be helpful to you will be IT only.
Marketing is for Sales and Marketing guys where the targets / achievements are corely involved. large organizations are having kind of depts where target pressures is not given in marketing dept, still its different compare to IT. Operations is related to Back-office. Admin / IT / HR are the part of back-office area.
You can also go for Masters in IT from some other reputed institutes. I think you got to go on IIMT -Interational Institute of Management and Technical Studies-Distance Education Institute Home

Jump in, do your first year, finish all core courses, get more visibility into what is marketing and what is finance and what is strategy and then decide.
Why take a decision based on assumptions when you can have better info in a few months?

In my honest opinion, you didn't need an MBA in the first place. You have done BSC IT, are into software and have done MCA. MBA at this stage will not add many technical skills. Stick to IT where you have an edge over others.

Dear Karan,
You have not given any information about your interests and what you would like to do in 10 years time. Marketing and Operations are two different fields. Marketing involves dealing with customers/clients outside an organisation and operations involves dealing with people inside an organisation. Operations could involve hands-on work like in R&D or getting work done through others as you move up a ladder.
