Hi,

My first questions to you : Are you really looking for suggestion/advice?

Well actually your subject line and the question quoted below forced me to start by this question, therefore, I would request you to answer it but not before reading your subject line, question and query again.

And

Q#2 How would you relate your 2 years of technical support experience (in International BPO) with your educational qualification (MBA)?

Q#3 Would you like to share something about your present experience and what you have learned so far?

Q#4 What do you think the "HR Generalist" position is?

You have completed your MBA in HR and this is your start or i would say a learning period, and you already have spent two years, therefore, it is really important for you to know what you want, where you want and where you are standing now so that you can decide where you have to go.

I request you to spend a good time with these aforesaid questions before answering and i believe this process will help you with many things.

Career transitions are not rare - people do change tracks and 2 years is not a very long time - thus, with right planning you will be able to get a job in HR.
However, my suggestion, you gotta do the legwork yourself. Find jobs, use your contacts, get referrals from friends, use job sites - be resourceful.
