Hi
strikes normally conducted by trade unions or a union on unresolved issues between worker/s and management/son various subjects related to work environment or for collective bargaining. It is to show strength of unions and it is used as a last resort.
Any unresolved dispute arises between worker and employer may lead to strike, that can be a pendown or tool down strike, slogan/black badges within premises, wildcat strike, work to rule or stopping the working outside gate or pursuading workers not to go to work.
Any act done by union/s either directly or indirectly effecting in conducting day to day activitives of the business or productivity can be termed as strike.
