Hi Everyone,
I am Rohini working with a company which is into Govt. Supplies & Hospitality. We have just opened a new establishment(hotel) in Jaisalmer with 40 employees as hotel staff and one hotel already running in Jim Corbett, Nainital. My query is:
1. Our Jaisalmer establishment can be covered under Employee Provident Fund or not?
2. Have read in your site itself that any organisation which is three years old can only register for Provident Fund, so my question is that my Jaisalmer establishment is new, it just started a month back so can we register our employees for Provident Fund?
3. If yes, what is the procedure to register my staff for Provident Fund for my Jaisalmer hotel?
4. what all documents i need to submit for the registration of Provident fund for my Jaisalmer establishment?
I would request all the members of the forum to reply at your earliset as its an urgent matter which needs to be done by the end of this month? Looking forwqrd for your reply.

Hi
There is no need to wait for three years, you can start your registration process and look at the attachment which will guide you with documents required during submission of registration form. For better clarity, do find a consultant to help you out, which would ease your process.

Hi Rohini, As per act , your establishment fall registration under EFP. So you go through the registration. Regards, Khaliqur Rahman +91-9711225760
