Copy righted formats are not uploaded in internet by the concerned, normally. You can use those formats. Pon

Hi Sangeeta,
Do be careful, there ARE lots of copyright formats on the net. They are not usually marked as such.
Whilst the common assumption is that if they are in the public domain then they are free to use ab anybody.
This, however, is not true, as some formats are there to showcase in an effort to promote their sale,
You can view their information and present in it your own format, in some cases you will be able to better the format also, which will make it yours, or rather the company you work for.
I hope the above helps.
Regards,
Harsh

I support the views of Mr Harsh Shukla. Why to take a chance ! Do not copy word-to-word. Transcribe the matter in your own language, or take anybody’s help, so that meaning remains same, but look is different.
