Hi All,

This is the holiday pattern we follow in our company:

- 11 mandatory "General" holidays
- 2 optional holidays from a list of 12 festival/national/religious holidays published. This will allow staff to avail any days as optional holidays irrespective of religeous barriers.

On lighter vein, there are unspecified No. of holidays for Bandh in Kerala & WB

This is a Food retail sector. Here we donot get National holidays. Nethier Double wages or compensatory leave.
Kindly suggest rules for both emloyees earning less or more than 15000.

we take emloyees under shop n establishment act. And other high paid signs appointment letter.

Shall we get both double wages and extra leave for a national holidays.
