Hi, I am also in the same field as you are. I am an email marketing freak. From your post, I can judge (correct me please if I am wrong) that you need email mailing list. Well, I am a person which likes experiments, I never buy bulk email list. Even today, there is no need to buy email lists, because there are so many softwares available today, which are really very helpful in email marketing. Few of the very good email marketing softwares are email spider, email extractor and few others too.
But, I like acute email ids production engine very much. Because, it does NOT collect the scrap email ids from the internet, which does not work, but it generates country targeted email ids, using most common names, which is a very great idea. You can also use to generate email IDs according to the niche, like you can generate email IDs of HR people, IT people, Non IT people or people in a specific cities, using it settings option. It is very much fast and easy to operate. If you are planning to buy a list of email ids, then I will not recommend, because, buying an email list gives you a benefit only once. You can not use the list again and again. But, if you buy any software like acute email ids production engine or the similar one, then you can generate email mailing lists whenever you want. You can also product bulk email ids list for any country you want and whenever you want. Then, why to pay for the limited ones, when you can get unlimited email ids lists.

Today, near about every internet marketer who want to get customers or referrals or want to capture email market is using these kind of softwares.

Not only this, if you have such kind of software which generates email IDs, you can use them for adding thousands of members to your Facebook account or the similar social networking sites or can use it for getting traffic via facebook or similar sites and can make money, like I did. Don't get be fooled by any person by buying any email list.
