Story: the giant tree (such a big tree and no use to anyone)
A carpenter and his apprentices were travelling through the province of qi in search of building materials. they saw a giant tree; five men all holding hands could not encompass its girth and its crown reached almost to the clouds. 'let s not waste our time with this tree' said the master carpenter. 'it would take us for ever to cut it down. if we wanted to make a ship out of that heavy trunk the ship would sink. if we tried to use it to build a roof the walls would have to be specially reinforced.' the group continued on its way. one of the apprentices remarked: 'such a big tree and no use to anyone' 'that s where you re wrong' said the master carpenter. 'the tree was true to its own destiny. if it had been like all the others we would have cut it down. but because it had the courage to be different it will remain alive and strong for a long time yet.'
Mathadi problem
We are furniture manufacturers. we are facing problem from the local people claiming to be mathadis. whenever material goes out or comes in these so called mathadis block the vehicle and ask unreasonable charges like rs 4000 for 4 wheeler vehicle and so increasing according to the numbers of wheels of veh. pl advice as to how this problem can be resolved. we have our own set of labours doing loading/unloading job.

Hello all my room mate has worked in a startup let s company 'a' for 2 year 4 months. then he has gone home and joined a company 'b' for 6 month contract. again he returned back here and joined a company 'c'. it is a small mnc . at the time of joining the opening was for 3 years of experience but he was only 2 years 10 months exp. so first he did one mistake that he said that total experience2 year 10 months was from company a because no body will give preference if he write company b in resume. . as well as he also submitted one 3 months fake document from as per first he was contract employee of company a for 3 months then permanent for 2 years 10 months. as well as he also said company shut down recently that s why he is leaving the company. company c has done 3 rd party verification and he asked his friend to verify through mail and his friend did it. so he is working there happily till now for approx 3 years. now he got selected it a it giant which require nsr. he is thinking to put all the details which are original for company a company b and company c. but he has submitted wrong details in company c. he has all the certificates like offer letter exp letter from previous company. i have two questions: 1.do nsr people will ask from his current companycomp c that which was his previous companyabout company a. total experience and previous company 2. a company like tcs wipro accenture they ask about the previous company details from the current employer.? he is in depression. and i am worried as i have referred him in this it giant. all hr knows me. he can remove his fake detail of those 3 months. as well as he can tell here about company c. or he should drop the idea to join this new company. please reply asap as he has to put down the papers in the current company.

Faulty hiring process in big giant group - hired an employee with a criminal record
Recently it was found that one of the groups of companies hired an employee with a criminal record. upon informing the hr chief and subordinates no action was been taken even after a week. what can be done about wrong hiring and the most deserving candidates who were looking out for the opportunity?
