Hi,
After completion of selection process, offer letter will be issued to the selected candidate, if he is fresher he may join immediately &if the candidate is working some where else he has to submit resignation, get relieved and join the new company, basing the company rules it may take one / two & even threee months also. After getting relieved from the previous company the candidate will report to the new company for joining, at the time of joining the HR will obtain a letter of joining ie., called as joining letter.
On the joining of the company the management will issue an appointment letter with all the service conditions / salary details ( as annexure) etc.,which is going to be a base document.
I hope you got the clarity. If you have any clarifications pl. forward to

Hi Verma Jyothi,
Offer letter - Issued by Employer to newly recruited candidate - Issued before joining
Joining Letter - Written by employee to employer mentioning he/she accepts the offer letter and willing to join / joined.
Appointment Letter - Issued by employer to employee after completion of joining formalities.
Hope it is clear now.
