With our expert colleagues and their talent we have come up with a new way of preparing PPTs. These are prepared in Martha and Hindi script. They are very useful while training participants from vernacular background. For ex: Collection Agents, Verification Agents, Executives in Retail industry etc.
We have conducted training sessions in many organizations with the help of these PPTs and have proven to be very effective as the presentations help the participants to relate / understand the topics better.

Dear All,
Thank You all for showing interest in this innovative method of training.
I would not be able to attach a PPT format of the Marathi Slides , so i have converted them into a JPG format and attaching the same.
The Presentation is on "Attitude". I had seen this PPT in English on Cite HR itself, and i have tried to make it into Marathi just as a sample. The slides in the attachment look the same in a PPT.
Hope you like it, that would be an appreciation for the effort taken by me.

It is a fact that a trainer can orally/verbaly manage the inputs during sessions in Hindi, Marathi or any-other-language, it is a problem when it comes to back-up material, exercises, questionnaires etc.
I hope members/CITE Board takes it upon themselves to convert available/accessable English language material into Hindi and other languages. THAT would be reaching-out to a larger 'target' of personnel.
