Attrition Analysis - Doc Download [thread 47368]

Hello cite HR members,
I am looking for the methods of calculating attrition at various levels of organisation can any one help me with moving average chart concepts or similar concepts

Hello Sir, please try this formula..... Attrition = ((no. of attrition/left emp.*100)/(actual emp. + new joinee))/100 Regards, Vibhuti
