Hi All
I need a format for increment letter to be given to an empolyee.This is the increment which has ben given to him against his resignation.
I want to giv him a letter mentioning the real cause and that he has withdrawn his resignation on his own.
I don't want to give him the regular letter of incremnt which we genrally provide to th employees.
Please suggest me some format for the same.

Dear Mr. Sudipta,
There will be no particular format for any kind of letter to be issued to any employee. To be created on our own by referring his resignation letter as reference and can be given increment to retain the employee, that itself will be a proof of his resignation to the organisation (which will be a remark on the employee).
