Hi,

I have taken up this topic i.e. Assessment Centres as my year long project in MMS. I m nt understanding what exactly my objective should be. should it be like "Vaiability of Assessment Centres" or "Vaiability of techniques of A.C." or nythin else.

.............Plz sumbody help me!!!
