Yes, you can. Also, If you are withdrawing the letter then you should re-instate the employee with full benefits. Regards, Ritesh Shah

Yes, of course. Employer has a right to withdraw the termination letter anytime during the notice period. However, it is not binding on the employee if such communication from employer is received by him after expiry of the notice period. It is also not binding on the employee to respond positively to the employer's action of withdrawing the termination letter because the intention of the employer hehind revoking the termination may or may not be fair.
