Pl help me to sort out my doubt regarding ESIC
News reports has come with ESIC limit increase to Rs.25000/-. After implementation of E chellan we stopped sending half yearly return. My doubt is that whether there is any change for contribution period ( April to September and October to March). Whether we need to cover employees within ESIC for the whole 6 months even though employees crosses ESIC limit inbetween the contribution period.

Dear Sreevidya.
As of now there is no any notification for enhancing the existing limit of 15000/- to 25000/-. There was just a discussion with ESI Director & committee members.
Once we get any notification clear details will be there. So as of now no need to worry on the same.
