I m working in an Export Company as a HR Admin Asst.
I want to organise a Quiz Competition among the children of the workers / employees. Ultimately it will encourage the childrens and parents.
Plz suggest me Am i right on my way ?
After getting ur views on this topic i will give the proposal letter to HR Manager for impliment.

Excellent idea; however you need to make sure that the quizzes are not too hard or too easy.
Also, there should be some way of making children not to feel that they are useless. May we know on what topic will the questions be asked?
It's possible that employees' children have access to better knowledge sources than the workers.
