Dear,

The sentence mentioned by you was "I have submitted my PF in the previous company".

What does It mean?

Shell I understand, you are talking about Withdrawal.

See, the rules of PF are very strict. So, first discuss any responsible person of your previous Organization. I have seen a lot of issues like this, where the beneficiary can not get his Amount from PF Department due to mistake in documentation by the Employer

People should be every careful during enrolling a new member in PF.

1-The Name, DOB, Father's name, Nominee name, Address of the member should be very clear.

2-The member should have a Bank Account with the same Identity details as in PF Account

3-A single letter or gape in name creates problem during the time of getting benefit.

There nay be some mistakes like that. So, first Inform the matter to any responsible person of your previous Organization.

Note:

A PF Account No bears, PF Department Zonal Code, Organization Code and Employee' Account no.

PF Account calculated according to the PF financial Year.

Be, confident that, the Employer can not cheat with your PF Amount and If, did, they will be penalized seriously, as it is coming under the Social Security Act, which is in favor of Employees.

Let me clear only one thing that, what was your Gross and Basic Salary

The employer should give a letter to the PF department stating that your name is erroneously mentioned in their records as against your PF number and the correct name is ------ .
This should be submitted along with your PF claim dor withdrawal .

First of all, go to the EPF website and to a Company search followed by name search. This can be case of mis match. Bye, Pankaj

Esha ,
you have to approach to the current PF office , i.e. PF office of the current company , where u r working and write a letter to the concerned PF office about your grievances and than they will revert back you requiring relevant information from you and your mistake will be clarified.
