Hi Friends,
Thanks a lot for your suggestions. According to me now the issue is just cooling down a bit as we are quite on this topic. As pointed out by me no one as made any mistake here. It is just a matter of one person trying to pull the leg of other.
My main reason of posting this case is to see how people can react to such instances, apart from their is nothing else and we have seen different people giving different views on this topic.
Lets have some case like this...............

Hi
I know if you are deciding to quit there must be lot of tension in envirment where you are workin .And it is not easy for you to concentrate on work .
Whatever the reason .Take leave for few days and relax then think .Secondly now days situtation in market is bad for HR .Either company is small (No scope of growth)or Big company lots of politics .
On an average if you have worked for 5 years you whould u stand.
Please stick to your job because grass is always green from other side
THINK :?

Hi Ranjana,
Thanks a lot for your feedback. Yes i can understand the thing every well because one thing that i always keep in my mind is where ever you go you will have some or the other kind of problems. But the decision to quit my present job is not only because of this unwanted pressure and politics but also i am thinking about how can i grow in the HR profession i.e by considering what can i do by staying in this particular company or any other company.
Anyways thanks again for your suggestion..........
