suggest me about HR

hello friends ,

This is sachin, i did MBA in International Business Management and having a work experience of 2 yrs in Software Training Centre as whole Incharge of that centre. But now i want to change my career in HR and set it what shall i do, do i need to do some course in HR like 1yr courses PGHRM or anything else i can follow pls suggest me

Hi sachin,

There are a lot of courses in HR (short term / long term) . There are so many universities from which you can pursue your education for thhe same depending on your marks.

1. Short term courses can comprise of Post graduate diploma in HR
2. decide on whether you would like to join a regular course or go in for distance education learning.
3. In case you wish to pursue your education while working then distance education in HR (masters- 2 year MBA with specialisation is the best bet) is better.

4.Otherwise you can even join evening classes in Post graduation diploma which bharatiya vidya bhavan offers also.
5. since you are interested in thhe field of Hr & already have good qualifications suggestion is that you pursue it now.

Hi Sachin,

Check the ads of the good B Schools giving distance course in HRM in the leading newspapers or the websites of B Schools.

Symbiosis, Narsee Monjee, IMT Ghaziabad are some of the good institutes which provides distance course in HR and other streams.
