Our Salary Structure is like:
Structure-1
Basic+D.A+H.R.A.+City Allowance+Education Allowance+Conveyance=Total Gross
Please tell me is it standard structure
And, please also give your ideas about below salary structure?
Structure-2
Basic+Conveyance+Other Allow= Gross Salary
Please give your ideas and suggestion to me as soon as possible.
If, I give Structure-2 then It may create a problem for company or not?
Can I follow Structure-2 ???
