Hi,
I just gave a resignation letter to the previous employer and left the company without serving notice period as I had to join a new company. Later I was terminated on the basis of absconding. Now I want to withdraw my PF balance. The previous employer has their own PF Trust. Please explain me the procedure and also if their any difficulty I can face?

I guess there should not be any issue in withdrawing the PF.
You simply has to collect the form from them and fill. There would be some issues in this. But yes they cannot stop it. There is no clause.
Thanks
